There was a lot of work in this sunny room. At first we had to take out old windows from one wall (as everyone know, sunny room has a lot of them) because the client wanted to have this wall empty for fire place. Then he decided to exchange all windows, for different sizes. After we did that, we did electrical work to install can lights and light fan on the ceiling.
We installed wooden paneling on the walls and ceiling of this sunny room. Then we stain them to look like white wash. The hardwood floors was painted with white wash stain to match the rest of the house.
To make this room more cozy, we installed electric fireplace and hanged chairs to the ceiling.
No one would say that this is the same sunny room as before.

This commercial space in Logan Square was remodeled in summer of 2019. It was kind of big project because we had to everything, starting from demolition to :

• Vinyl floor installation,
• Replacing ceiling tiles and installing drywall,
• Patching, sanding walls and ceiling,
• Painting walls and ceiling,
• Replacing old doors and install new one,
• Can lights installation,
• Exchanging old outlets to new ones.

Final look is amazing. This place had orange walls full of holes and scratches. Floor was unstable and very old. After all it looks like brand new space!

 

Modern white double sink batrhoom vanity was installed in master bathroom. Client chose this model because of the size of drawers and clear look. With the vanity came faucet and sink, so we could install everything at once and final look was really nice. Good installation is very important when it comes to bathroom vanities, so you schould choose th right man with the right tools.

This kitchen has undergone a wonderful transformation. Here from small kitchen with only few cabinets and without oven was remodeled in to beautiful, spacious and full of cabinets and appliances. Grey shaker cabinets are on the top right now. It’s not a first kitchen that we installed this type of cabinets. They are not that expensive and looks really nice.
In this project we also opened ceiling and installed skylights and cans. Thanks to that kitchen is very bright and look bigger.
